Can I return the pillow if I don't like it?
Yes. Sleep on it for 30 nights. If it isn't right, contact us and we'll arrange a return for a full refund of the product price.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered anywhere in Australia in 7–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders over A$75 (A$9.95 otherwise), and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
All available payment options are shown at checkout. Checkout is encrypted and PCI-compliant, and your card details are never stored on our site.
How do I care for my pillow?
Unzip and machine-wash the cover on a cold, gentle cycle. Spot-clean the foam core and air it out. Don't put foam in the washer or dryer.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. We currently deliver to every Australian state and territory, with tracking on every order.
What are the pillows made of?
Materials vary by pillow and are listed on each product page, together with care instructions.
